not getting "Sold" emails

I seem not to be getting emails to let me know I've sold something, my balance is going up and my pendings are going down and up but I haven't recieved a "sold" email for what feels like ages, I really look forward to getting the e-mails so's I can use the link to post the "sold" item on the "Solds" forum thread. Anyone else got this problem?

For those that don't know....
We only receive emails once a product is shipped. Some ship quick, others not so much.
Could it be your sold products have yet to ship?

It is best just to check earnings regularly rather than relying on receiving emails.

It's been an issue for ages that these emails break for people. Once they're broken, there's nothing you can do about it.

This is a tech issue. I was under the impression it was a known issue, as it's been ongoing for years. But if it's been forgotten, the issue is that sometimes these emails break for people and then they never get a notification ever again. In my case, I edited one of the other notifications, and it stopped them all. Nothing I did after that would make them come back, including putting my settings back to what they'd been.

Other emails, such as design review decisions for lighters/postage, will still get through.

Yes, I do know we only get sold emails once the sold product has been shipped, but I've been with zazzle for 11 years and getting one of those SOLD emails is one of the little things that gives incentive to carry on, with no 24 hour views and now no sold emails my incentive is very very low, especially at this time of year, I'm very upset about it, I know I can check my sold products in my "earnings">"summery">"history">"royalty by product"then check the dates and click on the recently sold products to get the link to post it on the "Solds" forum...but it's a bit of a long way round and it wastes time that could have been used creating products and working on my storeSad or does anyone have a quicker way round it please?

"Royalty History" is a better way to see the most recently sold items, as it automatically shows things with the newest sale at the top.

There's no workaround to get the email working again and I've not heard anything to suggest they're working on fixing it. The reverse really, as it gets downplayed as not being a tech issue, not really being a problem, and all the rest.

I'm getting them, but not as singles like before.

They now come maybe every two weeks or so and it's one email with more than one "sold" item listed. Sometimes it has listings from both stores, but I'd prefer them to be separate because I have separate files and folders for each store.

I also used to get emails with 3 or four solds, but I didn't mind that because I only have 1 store, but to see that Sold word was just what I needed on a bad daySad

I don't get any 'sold' emails either for my main store. I even didn't get any notification when I got basic pro seller badge Crying

However, I opened a second store a few months ago, and just got some sales recently and receive 'sold' emails for sales from the second store.

Still no 'sold' notification for the sales from the main store. Very strange, I'm not sure what's going on. I have emailed the technical team 2 months ago and still waiting for a reply. Hope they will get this fixed soon.

I WOULD LIKE MY 'SOLD' EMAILS TO start again, I never stopped them but they stopped arriving. I cannot even find where to select the option for being notified when there is a sale!

I just got one from one of my other shops, so I know there is a way to get them.

Log in here and you can turn on "Send me an email when one of my products is purchased"
