My store is not showing my products
Posted: Friday, January 08, 2010 4:14:51 AM
Hello,
I just opened a store and put 2 products in the marketplace.
I have received a confirmation email from Zazzle saying that my products are now in the marketplace. When I go to the link of one of my product I can see it in the marketplace but if I go to my store link it shows a blank store saying that there are no products in this store. How can I get this fixed?
Thanks for your help!

I see two shirts in your shop.

When creating for Zazzle, patience is key. There are sometimes delays when it comes to products appearing in shops.

I have a number of products in my store that have been there for weeks or months. None of them show up. If I log in to my account then go to my store, they show up.

If I give the link to my store and others click on it, when they get there they see a message saying "Sorry, you don't have any featured products yet."

All of my products are set to Public and are not hidden. They only show for me when logged in, but not to anyone that isn't logged into an account.

I don't think this is an issue of waiting, the products have been there for awhile now.

I keep looking through all the settings to show products and searching help topics, but I can't find the answer.

No wonder I haven't sold anything! Shocked

Are they set to PG13 or higher? If they are you and others won't see them unless logged in. Only G rated items are viewable by people who aren't logged in.

EDIT: I've looked and your products are rated PG13. Only people who are logged in will see them.

Thank you for the fast help and comments.

So the stores don't show anything PG-13 or R? That's not good, I'm selling art with nasty zombies and monsters on them, so I set them to PG-13 so as not to offend anyone.

Should I set everything to G? There are lots of other zombie shirts on Zazzle and I know at least some of them should not be set to G.

Otherwise, I'll have to go to another online t-shirt company. I can't sell my art if people can't see it Smile

If your designs are going to scare the little kiddies best to leave it at PG-13, if not go ahead and change it to G or contact http://www.zazzle.com/help and see if they can give you an idea of what rating it should be (I've done it for the same reason). Customers can't view PG-13 or R rated products unless they set up their account to do so, my account is set as G which is why I can't see them.

I'd better leave them at PG-13, I agree with that rating. However, if customers who don't have an account and aren't logged in can't see the products, this is no good for me. I can see Cafe Press products without having an account.

I'll have to look for another place I guess. Too bad, I like everything else about Zazzle.

Hello all... I have been with zazzle for a month and have over 700 items for sale, although, I cannot see them anywhere other than for my collections. Of course I have already contacted zazzle, unfortunately I have not been given a response.

I can see 4 pages of products in your Ooodles of Doodles store. They aren't going to show in your Home tab. Instead, click on your Stores tab and then click on your store. Then you will see them.

The newest product I see was created today. They can take 24 hours (occasionally more) to show publicly, because they have to be indexed first.
