I have questions about requesting a payment

Being that on April 1st Zazzle is going to start subtracting money from peoples accounts I need to find out how to request a payment. In this regard, I have three questions.

1. Where is the URL for requesting a payment?

2. After I request a payment where in my account does it say that I have requested a payment?

3. After I request a payment does Zazzle send an email notifying me that I have requested a payment?

Go to your earnings page and, on the right, click Payment Settings. There you will see the Request Payment buttons. One for PayPal and one for Check

I would think it would say so on that same payment settings page

I've no idea. I have never had the need to request a payment

Hello James and Gina. What makes the two of you so certain this is not a tech issue? The payment request buttons mentioned are not there; see the screen captures I have created.

If it isn't on the Payment Settings page (like second image shows it isn't), then you may not have earnings cleared to be paid. If you have International earnings that may also pose a problem (may be similar to spending earnings - only cleared US earnings allowed).

I can see that you have made an update to your Zazzle payment settings. If you didn't make a change, you still click on the Save button. This places your account into pending for a 30 days period (possibly shorter). These options to request payment will return once this has finalised.

Hopefully, they fix that before they start deducting money from my account on April 1st. From the stated actions they informed everyone they are about to do what I see happening is a class action lawsuit being created. Especially when they are preventing people from obtaining their fairly earned profits.
