Earnings not showing correct pendings

I have two products (ordered by the same customer) that were ordered and pending on 8/20/19 and then they were cancelled and taken out of pending a couple of days later, reducing my pendings to 5 from 7, but then the two same products from the same customer went back into pending on 8/23/19 which was 6 days ago, but my earnings hasn't gone back up to show the orders as part of my earnings with 7 pending back from 5 pending. I'm concernrd that if it isn't corrected I might lose out on my comission from the sales.

My internet connection has been down all weekend and I've only just got it back on, but I think it's sorted now thank you Padie (I hope) but I still haven't recieved the email, I'd like to have read it to find out what might have caused the problemSmile
