Can I change my store name?

Once a store is created can the name be changed? If not can I delete and create another store?

You can rename the store but you can't change your login ID (user name) which is the URL. To close your store contact support and they'll close it for you and you can open another store at any time.

How do I rename a store?

You mean as in change the URL? Unfortunately no. I went through the dilemma of changing my branding and wondered as to whether to open a new store to reflect the name change and have the matching URL.

In the end I renovated the old shop front including name and logo and just changed all the tags and marketed the new name. In the end no one really cares what your URL extension says. It's how your shop speaks to them when they get there that's important.

All the best Happy

Go to the "Store" tab in your account then to "Edit basic information". The store name is the first box at the top of the page.

to make a new store just sign out and make a new one...you will have to reload any images to that new shop...honestly i see no reason to change the name unless it is something offensive or there is a trademark issue

Crying I have several stores open, as to their content. I am mostly blind and have my husband help with products, but I have a voice to type program that I just found out was screwing up. I have a new one now. As a result, some of my store names are spelled wrong. Is there a way of fixing this? None of my stores have gone public yet. I wanted to make sure everything was right before their opening. The problem is not with my main store.

I have a store that ends in s. The s is being stripped by zazzle as part of their search redirection, reserved word and letter stripping routines. Because of this the store does not function correctly. Changing the name would fix it.

If you cannot rename your store, you can simply open another one. Zazzle will not allow you to delete a store that has an error, nor will they allow you to rename your store no matter what the issue is. So, make your evil store private and open a new public one. I faced this problem in the past and have about a dozen stores, but only four that are public. Or, you could consider naming your store something obscene. Then they may have you change it. Or they may just delete your entire account.

Honestly, I'm looking at Cafe Press again.

Store names can be changed... over and again. URL's cannot be changed. Don't confuse the two as they are different things.
