Arranging Products in Collections
Posted: Thursday, April 11, 2019 6:20:35 PM
Is there an easy way to arrange the order of products in collections, when there are a lot of products? I can't figure out how to scroll up or down at the same time I have a product "grabbed." So I slide it up a few spots, then scroll up, then slide it a few more spots, etc. There's got to be a better way.

Ctrl - to make the page smaller so you can move it a few more rows at a time.

Thank you. I'll try that.

Another way that I find quicker is to use the blue arrows that allow you to move a product to either the first or last position. Start with the product you want to show first and use the right hand arrow to move it to the last spot...next move the one you want to show up second into the last spot. Keep doing that with each product until you've eventually moved them all and the first one you moved is now in the first spot. Quick and easier than dragging and dropping I think.

I've done it that way too.

I'll have to check that out. I've never seen any blue arrows.

When you activate organize they are under the preview of the item, which you want to move, in lower right corner, when you hover over the item.

-.-

Well, I learned something new today. I had never noticed those blue arrows before. I really wish you could move a number of products at once when organizing collections. Would make things so much easier!
