The same advice that was given to you a year ago here, would still be of use to you.

As stated by those helping you last year, they gave you advice on how to improve your tags, but you didn't. I still see some of the same issues with your tags in recent products.

This tumbler has single word tags, when you could use phrases that help describe it. If you were searching for a pink and beige tumbler, wouldn't you be more likely to type in "pink and beige stripes", rather than just "pink"?

Tags like pink stripes, rose pink, pink and purple stripes, striped designs, pink and beige stripes, bold colors, bold purple stripes, and more could be of more help. Connect words "like this" or like+this to make phrases.

You added this "Bold horizontal Stripes rose/pink and Beige stylist and such a Attractive unique color combination pattern you can check more product with stripes" as a description, and some of those words as phrases work as tags, as you can see by the example I gave.

Also, you may want to double-check the spelling, punctuation and capital letters your description. I do understand that English may not be your first language, but the corrections could help to make your information easier to read for others.

Here's how the description could be written - "Bold horizontal stripes in rose pink and beige, make an attractive and stylish color combination."

Stick with the advice given a year ago, on Saturday and today. It will be of help to you.

While you're at it, could you move "Beginner" in "Create Product" to "New to Zazzle". Thank you.

Can't help you any more, if you won't follow the advice already given you.

Read what we told you in the other post. Fix your current products to that standard. THEN ask again.

Until then, it's futile to ask us for more help. We aren't going to change our answers, and your store isn't going to magically be correct.

You can leave it like it is, and keep slowly building up sales, or you can listen to the advice given, fix your products, and see more sales.

There is no easy way, no quick fix, it's going to take some doing, but it has to be done.

I'm seeing some of the same mistake/problems in your new store that I saw in the first store. You also misspelled "Ramadan" on the front page. You should have worked out the problems with your first store to make sure you were on the right track before opening a second store with the same mistakes.

You really should look at the difference between "customize" and "personalize" when it comes to products. Here's one of my invitations with the "customize" option because of making it a template object. I still only see "personalize" with your items.

Though zazzle makes the distinction it is basically the same, however allowing customers to personalize the product directly on the product page reduces the return quota and you can keep the hard earned commission more often that with just the customize option. So it is advisable to declare template fields and allow personalization on the product page.

I think you are seeing "customize" on your products, dreamNwish, because they are your products. When I click your link your Mardi Gras invitation I see "personalize" because you have the template objects. So I do believe the OP is ok in that respect. Idea

I'm talking about how mine is set as a template. Also, as before, I was looking at mine as a customer would, not as the store administrator. Either way, I have "customize" showing up, not "personalize".

Look at their card in their first store and tell me what you see? I see "customize". If you click on it, there's no template set.

Just to be extra sure, I logged out and looked at some of my products. Some say "customize" and some say "personalize".
I remember a long time ago that someone asked a question about why some of their products or the products of others were showing up like that.

OK. I was looking at a card in their new store and so I saw personalize. Sorry for the confusion.
