Bookmarks in Crafts and Party Supplies?

Just trying to figure out why the bookmarks are listed in the Crafts and Party Supplies merchandise market category. I would never think to look for them in there. The only place I have seen bookmarks sold are in bookstores, stationery stores, and office supply stores. It would only make sense to list them in the Office merchandise market category.
