Trouble with designer platform

Occasionally I have problems with the designer platform. Some things just don't quite work right. Currently, neither my delete key nor my arrow keys work while I am working on a design. So far, no response from Zazzle as to possible solutions. Has anyone else run into similar problems? And, if so, how did you solve this?

Yes, the same here. It started friday. You can use the dropdown meny under Edit on your left to copy and paste. There is no delete option but I use the cut option. Hope they fix it soon.

I have tried to duplicate this but everything seems to be ok for me. What browser and version are you using please? What device?

The browser does seem to be the problem. Changed to Google and now everything works just fine. Have been using Microsoft's Edge. Apparently, one of their recent updates changed something.
