I have no tip or trick. I just want to say thanks for adding the style restriction option from the get-go! Grin

I have no trick either (sorry). I really love these though!

Question: Description says "Will be made by Zazzle Invitations Reno, NV" - is that correct? Zazzle Invitations and not Zazzle Home? And made/shipped from Reno?

Would really like to see these with an insitu image in another view. Perhaps with other objects to set it off to show customers how it looks in size. Smile

Indeed, and perhaps a little larger. It's kind of difficult to see.

I see they've been updated. Made by Uncommon out of Chicago, and I see that product on their website. Great! Thanks, Christine!

Good to have goals. ;) I think it's the time zone thing - I get here first, being in EST. Laughing

These are truly gorgeous. I hope they're as beautiful in person! I probably need 36 or something.

I have another question: On the Published Product Page (example) without a "this size only" restriction (assumption on my part), it shows "See it on 6 styles"...

Two of those 6 Styles are a "Pair of Trinket Trays." Here's one and here's another.

Are the pairs going to be a separate launch or are they going away? If they're staying we need to be able to get to designing both. (But you knew that...)

Looks like this is a bug that needs to be fixed. We are hoping to add sets, but not yet. Stay tuned!

No design tips...just want to say I could design these until the proverbial cows come home...in the spring.

Love these; hope they sell! No sleep tonight, obviously! Grin

I love these! Agree the 'in situ' view could be better.
If we can offer them in sets in the near future that will be terrific too! I also will not be sleeping tonight, LOL!

price is quoted as "per set". Are these single pieces or sets (of how many?).

I assumed they were sold as units of one, now i am confused.

Is white visible or is it clear? I suppose the underlying glass starts out as translucent white?

Edited: never mind. Think I have figured it out. The product view looks a bit "frosted" so I guess that's what whites will appear like.

Unfortunately, there's a separate thread about the trays running here: https://forum.zazzle.com/feedback/new_trinket_trays_view where I posted a tray showing that whites appear to be opaque.

Just a quick note to say thank you Roses for revealing these trays on a Thursday instead of a Friday. Smile

Designs for the small and larger rectangles translate back and forth very nicely, but not necessarily for the square and round. I just now had to restrict my design to a specific sized rectangle even though it would have worked very well on the other. If I'd allowed all options, I could almost predict returns.

Perhaps if we had a choice for "this shape only," it would solve at least the rectangle dilemma.

I've noticed also that some designs will work on both square and round but not well on rectangular. I left them all available anyway so the customer could choose between square and round.

Yes! I had the same problem, so I do hope they give us a 'this shape only' option soon!

I don't know if this counts as a tip or not, but I'm seeing these as mini-art pieces, because they appear to have similar depth to plates. I can see using a plate hanger to hang them, and think that'd be a great add-on product choice right there on the product page.

Though I said that about the Porcelain Plates, too. Smile Given that they're Maker-made, I guess that's not really Zazzle's call.

the angled view is very hard to see - the design does not show well. But I do love these - thank you Zazzle!

This is totally confusing for a customer! "Per Set" needs to be removed immediately! There's going to be a lot of mad customers when they receive their order and discover only one tray!

I just made a few and there is a this style only option on the post for sale page.

Thank you Designers for noticing the price "per set" issue! I have sent this over to get fixed Smile

EDIT: This has been fixed, but please give it a few hours to update. Thanks again!

So this is weird.

I made a couple of these. One (the rocking horse) shows in my public storefront. Neither one shows in my back end, even though a newer, different product I made does. Anyone else having trouble seeing your trinket trays in your back end? Fortunately I added them to the "Show Me" forum by getting the code from the confirmation page after posting them for sale, so I at least have links:

https://www.zazzle.com/pastel_rocking_horse_with_starry_background_trinket_trays-256920115726153867

https://www.zazzle.com/midnight_butterfly_migration_trinket_trays-256964358916279863?rf=238422006857075428

ETA: And the links here, and where I posted them in the "Show Me" forum both go to a page that says they're no longer available?

Holy Whatever! I was just looking at them an hour ago, and now they're all gone!

Well, that's disappointing. Guess I'll have to make something else to complete the collection I was working on.

You can find them listed in the Create menu, but clicking on one of them results in a 404 error.
