I've waited for these for EVER! Now I can dump another place :-)

One problem, I keep getting errors. "Attention there was a processing error" followed by a quick flash of "secure sign in"

Hi All,

We're so excited you guys like these! We just launched the shower curtains, and are still doing the final QA... hopefully all issues will be cleaned up quickly.

The DPI for these are actually 100. Stay tuned for a guide file.

Thanks,
Monica

Cool! 100 dpi is much better. At 300 gimp showed 3.9gb before I even added a design. My computer has 4gb of memory and was at a standstill Smile.

100 dpi isn't working for me either. I tried uploading a 72"x72" image at 100dpi and it gave me the blurry/pixelated warning.

BTW, I love the shower curtains, too, thanks! Just need to figure out how to get an image large enough...

I have found that a 26 inch square jpeg is working at 300dpi for anyone wanting to know.

However, I need to know if there is a max file size limit. I just spent half an hour or so waiting for a 26 inch square png file to upload and at the end got an error Crying

I want to offer the customer the opportunity to select their own background color, what size png would work? Help!

Why can't we get guide files along with the post of each new product? Wouldn't that make all our lives much simpler?

Same problem here with the 100 DPI images.

7600 x 7600 pixels is about the minimum size that works.

I was thinking about towels, too, because we now have 3 items specific to the bath: curtains, bath sets, and mats. Add in the towels, and it would be a jackpot.

I've noticed that. for most of the shower curtains I've created, there have been no have-been-posted emails. Also, none of the curtains as yet have "Shower Curtains" tacked on to the title given.

Is this kind of thing common for all new products, or is there a problem specific to the curtains?

My posted and sold e-mails have stopped completely for weeks now, so I can't answer that. It seems more times than not, the new products have a delay in getting the product name tacked on to the title, and also seem to lag in getting placed into the MP. It looks like only the shower curtains created on Friday are in the MP now. The rest might show up Monday? (shrugs)

I'm getting the posted emails for everything else. Just not the curtains. In the meantime, I checked, and you're right. I have a few curtains in the MP, and every single one of them was created Friday. Nothing from yesterday, and to be expected, nothing from today. We'll have to check again at some point tomorrow.

I'd very much like to know how transparent these shower curtains are if no background color is applied. Thanks for any information.

The curtains are fabric, not vinyl, so they're very likely plain white without anything printed on them. It's possible they're slightly translucent, but I don't know.

The image I used is 5000 x 5000 300 dpi and is seamless so I tiled it. Worked great!

Because of the bleed, if you make your canvas size 73" x 73" with 100 DPI, it should work.

Also, just because we accept 100 DPI, it's always nice to have a higher DPI incase we ever add an oversized shower curtain, and your image needs to be transferred over.

Thanks,
Monica

Took me forever Idea to be able to upload an image with the right size! I did upload 9 images,Crying with different dpi and inch sizes. I did spend a lot of time, maybe few hours, trying to resize the images, to make them to fit! The 300 dpi, as Zazzle requested was wrong. So after all this time consuming finally I was able to upload the image 83.64 inch x 83.64 or 8030 x 8030 pixels, and 100 dpi which was accepted!Stick out tongue

I must admit, I took shower curtains as pretty much "yea right" Stick out tongue
But I'm having a ball creating "off the wall" designs Laughing

If anyone uses photoshop you can change image size to 8035 x 8035 and it fits on the curtain.Roses

I'm using 8,000 x 8,000 pixel images that work fine.

What I don't understand is when I add a smaller image and try to upsize it on the shower curtain. Let's say I have a 5000 x 5000 pixel image. Once I add it to the shower curtain just clicking on the upsize button ONCE makes the orange error box pop up.

You know, this message: This product contains some images which have been made larger than their original sizes and may be blurry or pixelated when your product is produced

My understanding of how it works is that the image will either fit to a product's dimensions, or if those dimensions are larger than the image being placed there, the image will be set at the largest it can be. Trying to enlarge it further immediately sends it over the line into being too large.
