I searched for an answer but couldn't find any, thought I'd ask here: ![]() I thought I was within the safe area by having the text template not extending beyond the outermost green dotted line. The result is this: ![]() Both text fields have gone over the edge of the plate. Which of the 3 dotted green lines should I be using to set up the text template to be within the safe area? Thanks!

Is it meant to have three guidelines or I wonder if it is a glitch? but just looking at how it turned out it appears that if you put the text in between the two inner lines it would have printed correctly.. I guess, still though I think it is a mistake in the tool. it is confusing to me too!

I was thinking the same thing that it may be a glitch to have 3 rows of green dotted lines. Perhaps I'll ask at the tech issues forum. Thanks!

Thank you Christine! I guess I must have been writing out the same question at the tech issues forum as you are writing here. My question is now over there: https://forum.zazzle.com/technical/confused_by_3_rows_of_green_dotted_lines_in_ovalThank you again!

This should be fixed now! Your text shouldn't be going over the edge now. Please note that the 3 safe lines is indicating each curvature of the platter. Can you verify?
