I tried to add an associate banner to my store front. I followed the directions, or so I think. However, this did not result in a banner but an empty box. (I did discover that the empty box at the top of my store appears WITH the words of the banner but not the images if you just enter the site as a shopper and not signed in as the owner) . Also, when I am signed in to my store, if I click in the empty box it DOES take me to the link that it is supposed to but I doubt a customer would click on an empty box. So, can anyone clarify for me what I have done wrong that the banner image is not showing up--just the box? Thanks ! (I am never 100% sure where I should post particular questions--so hope this is the right place.)

First of all, thanks so much for taking time to respond. I must admit that I am still confused about this associate banner thing. I have gone to the "Help" section and sections on how to promote your store and garner more income,etc. I read it to mean that we could add any of those Zazzle banners to our own Zazzle store, which,when clicked on, sends the potential customer to whichever ZAZZLE destination the banner represents (i.e. mugs, t.shirts, cards--whatever). These would be OTHER Zazzler's stores and I thought we could add to our potential income since we would then get a percentange of anything the person might buy at that 'referred" site. I even think that I have seen such banners on other Zazzler's stores within zazzle. But you are saying these banners are not to be used/cannot be used by a Zazzler within zazzle from an individual's store? Am I making any sense? Anyway, I guess I am not "getting it"!
