Hi,
Just getting settled in Germany, the Zazzle Uploader is not working.
It gives this message
:::
Runtime Error!
Program C:\Program Files (x86)\Zazzle\Uploader\Uploader.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
:::
Can anyone give help on this?
Thanks.

I've just installed it too, and am getting exactly the same message. Am on Windows 7, and just thought I would try it as the web "Upload" directly into images of Zazzle never looks as though it is completing properly (although it is). I find it very frustrating that there is never any indication of how far through your file is when uploading; hence I tried the Uploader. But, Nah, get the runtime error everytime. Has anyone else managed to get it to work with Windows 7?

Hi,
Our uploader was designed to work on only US versions of Windows. By chance, are you using an international install?

I know this is an old thread, but I'm currently in Australia and having this same error when trying to use the bulk uploader. I've used it before when I was in the US on the same computer, but now it won't work?
I've tried reloading the uploader with no success. Does the installation depend on some sort of Windows setting that I could change?
I do a lot of traveling so I'm really hoping to get this working regardless of where in the world I happen to be.
Thanks for any suggestions!

you're right, this is an old issue... from memory, the uploader will only function if windows thinks your location is within the u.s. - it doesn't matter where you install it. i'll check some old threads and confirm. -e.

Thanks for your reply! Do you know if there's a setting I can change to make Windows think I'm always in the US?
Or is there an alternative bulk uploader that works outside the US?
Thanks again!
