I wrote a review of using the ZStore Helper plugin on WordPress sites.

If you're using this now, the author says you may want to update it. If you're not using it, you may want to consider it if you have a WordPress site. I'm not a coder, but I can put up WordPress sites in no time!

Bill from FishTdotcom made a premium version of the plugin which is easier to use and I covered that, too.

But read the review! Why should I spoil it?

Or, just check out how it looks (scroll down to see):

I am no expert by a million miles!

Just purchased for $5 the premium zstore plugin as advised by Beachwalker.

Recently, I've overdosed on code and I'm a little groggy from it all. But.... my faith has been restored.

Within half an hour I've installed this plugin on a new site and have updated a previous version of zstore to premium zstore.

Installing new was a piece of cake(No exaggeration)!

Literally, to update from the previous was so easy, I just deleted the old zstore folder from the plugin directory, loaded up the premium, and activated it. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to configure zstore as somehow the previous configuration of my Zazzle ID, grid sizes etc., had been picked up. The only tweaking I had to do was to change the 'pop up image to a larger view', all it required was a change from false to true.

Thank you so much Beachwalker for your great review.

Paul and Bill, you are both great and thanks loads!

it's so bad to hear that v1.5 cannot be used in zStore Helper, I think the built in product page is such a cool feature for us to use in our Wordpress powered stores Sad

The tools and information to intergrate 1.5 features are there, I think it just more comes down to whom has the money to invest or time to invest to get it to work correctly.

Awww...Thanks so much Beachwalker! Roses Seeing this thread & your excellent site prompted me to go ahead and get the plug-in!

Thanks to FishTsdotcom for making the plug-in and for such a great price too! Happy

I'm going to making more sites with this great tool, that's for sure!

Thanks, but Paul from return-true.com created the plugin and the core files, I just got him to help create this custom version to make it easier from peoples request from sites I host or help out with, and then I just inserted a few extra tools for it.

Glad its easier to utilize though, im seeing some great sites being put together with it.

Can someone back up half a step and send me a link to explain what zstore and zstore premium are? I can usually find my way through the technical stuff with just a little bit of direction. I would ultimately like to set up several referral pages on Facebook. But Wordpress is okay too. I've used both of these extensively in the past.

Wait, wait never mind. Actually read the review referred to in the OP. duh.

Thanks!

zstore plugin is a wordpress plugin created by Paul of return-true.com that you add your zazzle store builder files to, then just use variations of shortcode to display zazzle products.

Premium Zstore Plugin, is basically the same plugin, but on steroids.

You can read about the original version at...
http://return-true.com/2009/03/zstore-helper-wordpress-plugin-for-zazzle-store-builder/

and here is an about information page for the Premium version...

Thank you! I just found a video on you tube from zazzle university that helped explain some things too!

I followed all the instructions, but it keeps saying Error: Products temporarily unavailable. When I leave out the primary shop name, every Zazzle product ever created shows up without any issues.

Anybody have a clue why this isn't working?

Either one of two issues.

You either still have your store set to private(or no products yet)

OR

Your producst are the rating of pg13 or R. Zazzle does not allow their feeds to process items that are pg13 or R per their TOU.

So, first make sure your shop is not set to private. Then ck to see if your products are setup to be PG or less rating.

A link to the website your installing on would help as well.

Beautifully done, Deb and ChocolateJava! Love the way your sites turned out.

Bill (from FishT's) is my hero as well. I have website phobia and only know old-school HTML (which doesn't do much for today's technology).

Fortunately Bill has the patience of an angel and the knowledge of the internet and all things related. He has gotten me out of more website jams than I care to admit to.

With Bill's help, I have created THIS website. Keep in mind, I truly know nothing about coding!

I thank Bill for his continued patience and assistance. If you haven't gotten your WP website from him... WHATCHA WAITING FOR?!? Go get yourself a website and promote, promote promote. Grin

I'm honestly confused as to what I did wrong. I verified that the store was public, the products were rated G, and that they weren't hidden. I decided to try one last time to get it running on my own, so I deleted the plugin completely, then re-uploaded the zip file, installed it, and voila!

I have no clue why now it suddenly decides to work, but problem solved! Great plugin, by the way! Just wish I knew what I was doing wrong. Laughing

OOOHHH...Nice job Malibuitalian, I'm really impressed with your site!
You'd never guess that you have website phobia coz it's great!

I've been playing with the shortcodes with the premium Zstore plug-in and I love it!

I bought this thinking it would fix the issue with only 3 products displaying for me, sadly it did not and no more than 3 will display even though I have about 20 to show.. ;/
