okaythatsfun - I should have asked you this earlier - what OS and browser are you using?

I most recently tried your site on my computer running XP and the latest version of Mozilla. However, I was on my laptop the other day, and seem to recall getting the same error results both on your site and the Voodoo site. Have you tried contacting the people that run the voodoo site? I wonder if they have noticed a problem, as I certainly couldn't get theirs to work either, and I re-tried numerous times. That would have been a Vista machine, I would have used either IE or Chrome. I'll try the different browsers on the laptop again later and let you know if I get anything different...

I just heard from the Zazzle dev team again - they were running more maintenance today, so that seems to be the issue.

I did contact the Viva Voodoo people, but I only talked to their owner/main guy - he said he'd pass me along to someone on their team, but I never heard back.

I really don't believe it's a browser issue - I've had friends all over the country have the same error, Mac/PC, different browsers - and yet, I've had plenty of people have success, too - a few to the point of actually buying a product.

I'll have to get in touch with these guys, too:

*, I feel like I'm on an island with this... I wish a few more people would get into it. This is my directory of Zazzle API "mashups", by the way:

Thanks again for checking, okthatsfun. I think someday it'll be worked out - it just may be painful getting there.

I dunno if this is giving you useful information or if I just happened to catch the server in a good mood... But I tried again on my Vista laptop, and succeeded in getting a monster onto a product with absolutely no problems in all of my browsers, Chrome, IE and Mozilla. (Still haven't been able to get it to work on my XP machine, but that may just be one of those things????) Both have a fast connection, so that shouldn't make a difference.

Good luck with all this! Zazzle has been a bit up-and-down itself lately, so not totally convinced the problems are your end.

I appreciate it - weird that the problem seems to be with one machine and not the others. I'm back to being convinced that it's not my issue at all, as it's all working fine right now.

*, just setting up a basic Zazzle store, or even a ZSB with all the PHP, seems so nice and simple now!

I dunno, I've got a site using ZSB and that's not working right now, either! Well, you didn't say it would work, you just said it would be nice and simple. Can't argue with that!

Ha - yeah, I've got one too, but these API issues have kept me so busy I haven't looked at in weeks.
