Has anyone run into a problem with google analytics where zazzle just suddenly stops reporting to it completely?
About 2 weeks ago, analytics was working fine, then over night it stopped collecting data. My hits have been 0 since, even when I've had friends browse about and sales have come through.
I tried deleting the profile in google, and created another, giving me a new tracking ID, but that hasn't worked either, wouldn't even accept it at first.
I did notify tech support, and as of yet, they are stumped. Has anyone else gone through this? Any help is appreciated.
For additional information: I am not using Store Builder or the Beta Advanced Custom CSS. I removed any custom HTML I had in descriptions and that didn't help. I've unchecked, rechecked and double checked the analytics check box and tracking code. Google sees that tracking is enabled, but regesters no hits. Google is succesfully tracking other sites I run. (If you view my store, yes I put the custom HTML back as it didn't seem to be causing the problem)
Thanks, AbernathyDuck

If you guys are having trouble, I need you to contact tech support and let them know. Ask for it to be forwarded to Bill. As of my last conversation, there were no other reports of problems and they had no answers. If others are having probs, they need to be aware!

I've had this happen before when Analytics had a major update. Reactivate the code, it will take about 24hrs for it to reconfigure. However data for the days it was inactive will be lost.

It's been > two weeks for me. I've reactivated and waited days, then deleted the profile on google and re-created to get a new trakcing ID - it wouldn't even acknowledge the new ID for about 4 days, then it suddenly did, but still isnt' tracking correctly. *shrug* I'm hoping tech support comes up with something soon.

I've been having this problem as well and have asked on the GA help forum with no solution. Also, how would you reactivate the code?

I'm having the same issue. According to my stat counter, I had 13 or so visitors yesterday but Google says other wise. This isn't the first time this has happened. There was a similar problem a few weeks ago when Google had an outage. I'll try to reconfigure the code and then wait before I contact tech support.

I redid my code and it still doesn't seem to be correct. I am running a small adwords campaign and those figures don't even match my GA stats. I will be charged for say, 20 hits, and my GA info tells me I only got 2 hits.
It drives me nuts.
Over all my GA info tells me my hits are down over 50% from last month. And it has been like that for weeks.

I just got an email back from Support today.
They say they found a problem that effects a small number of stores and it should be fixed early next week.
My fingers are crossed!

It was fixed at least mine anyway. It started reporting again on June 1st.

Mine's working again, too. Totally screwed up my stats since it missed all those visitors when it was down. Hope everyone is doing well. Stop by my store and say hi: http://www.zazzle.com/rjvstudios*

Seems to be functional now, although I am not 100% sure I trust it at this point. I don't think I'm seeing all the hits from my test subjects...

Do you have to enter a code in your gallery for this feature to work? When I try to copy and paste the code from the google site that it gives you to set it up, it does not take and it will not show any hits when I log on to google to check it out. Just says can not find the code on your website

It takes a couple of days until the Google code is updated to your store's pages. What do you mean by "it does not take it"?

I hadn't checked my Google Analytics for a while, but when I did recently, it showed traffic, but NOT on some products that have been viewed regularly according to Zazzle. I'm not sure what or how it's tracking visits, but there are some that receive a few hits every day that didn't show up at all in GA.
Doesn't seem to match up at all to me.
