We have four rescue dogs of our own, and I completely adore them. I have also been involved in a little bit of fund raising for a small dog rescue here in the UK.

Today I was suddenly inspired to design this bumper sticker. I honestly don't know if people will buy it and use it, but if they do, I sincerely hope that somewhere, somehow, it will help a little unloved rescue dog, find a loving forever home.

If I do sell any of these, I will donate the royalties to a dog rescue here in the UK.

So what do you think... might this help at all?

Wonderful idea, and the design is perfect. The eyes say it all.
Good luck

Here is my rescued puppy. Was stray two weeks ago. Can not for the life of me imagine why. He had been wandering the country and stayed around a friends house for a few days. Asked around....seems like he was dumped in the country. He is well behaved and learns so quickly. House trained and everything. I am baffled. He has now been to the vet, given shots and gets constant love and attention. And did I mention he loves our cats?? Funny dog. His name is now Furlock Holmes.

That's a lovely design Waggytails.

Where you currently have text could be easily customized to suit any particular animal shelter or animal welfare organization as part of a fund raising venture.

I think it's a wonderful idea and sentiment.

I can also picture one that says:

I'll love you
unconditionally

I'm sure you could have many with wonderful sayings. It is a beautiful picture. I'm sure it will help. I think it would make a lovely bookmark as well. Maybe with the website of your rescue organization on the back.

Thanks everyone. Yes, I think I'll re-submit it with customizable text. The little guy who features in this bumper sticker is curled up on my pillow as I type Laughing Laughing

The loyalty of dogs really is amazing isn't it. I've had all sorts of health problems, but my dogs will always be right there by my side. Without a doubt they make me feel better. YAY DOGS! Grin

I've been involved in Greyhound Rescue for nearly ten years. I also am a foster "stop-over" for our local animal shelter. My avatar icon is one of my dogs that I've adopted from the shelter myself. Many of my dog-related products are targeted towards Greyhound adoption:

Every little bit helps - good luck!Love
