I have just put up a top site for people with specialty or themed Zazzle shops. For example if you have a store with a single product like cards, ties, totes or whatever or a theme like fishing, wedding or any other single theme this is the top site for you.  ...? I feel stupid, but I designed a banner and an avatar based on the dimentions you give, and still couldn't upload them. I think it may be my Windows draw program, seems that no matter how many times I save anything to the exact specifications, it still ends up too small usually. I can't figure it out.

Hi Catherine, is the file a png by any chance? If it is then convert it to jpg and it should work... Thanks for joining! Marie

Marie Thanks Marie, but I tried Jpgs, and they didn't take either! Any way I can just drop my banner and avatar in an email to you and you can size and upload them? Hi Catherine, did you say the banner is not sized? It has to be the exact size to upload it. I can't size your banner for you as I would have to make a template and cut the image to fit and I don't want to mess with someone elses banner. Try uploading the banner and avatar in the specified sizes in jpg
Okay, I'm confused I just re-read the posts and you have tried the exact sizes in jpg?? The only other thing I can think of that would be causing this is that the file size is to big, check the size of the file, you may need to optimize it.

Hi Marie...well, I did everything you said... I start in Windows Draw 6 (cause it's the program most familiar to me and I feel most comfortable working with)... but I do have others. I created a new blank image at 468 pixels x 60 pixels, and made sure when I saved it AS a JPG, that the file size is no more than 37KB. It still didn't take it. Did the same with the Avatar... 80 pixels, by 80 pixels, and the file size no more than 6 KB. Same problem. Tried about 6 times. I'll try again tomorrow. Tonight. I'm fried. I'm sorry Cheryl, you have a lovely galolery but it is not a specialty shop and does not meet the requirements of the topsite. I cannot leave it up as that would be unfair of the other members. If you have a specialty shop, that is a single theme or product you'd be welcome to register with that.
