After several threads ( usually from the same person  ) about them not wanting to give others the VB or referrals if they get them a sale .. I thought I'd start a list of people who DO want to be promoted .. so if you have a website .. blog .. myspace .. facebook .. squidoo .. or any where you promote others .. please consider adding these people on this thread to your list Please fill in the details below ... Seriously we're in the process of creating a Zazzle feature page on our huge fan site. We'd like to promote folks however we'd need to know if there is a protocol.
The pages we'd be creating for this get over a half a million hits in a weeks time. I would think it wouldn't be a problem promoting someones work but we also don't want to step on anyone's toes.
What's the polite way of handling this.

I certainly wouldn't mind any promotion I can get. I have a few stores I'd like promoted. My main galleryMy posters and prints storeNothing but mousepadsGreeting, business cards, and postcardsI'm also more than willing to promote any store but it will take a little bit of work for anyone who wants to be promote on my gallery. I can't post it as a link because some (can't say the word) one at zazzle tagged it as "spam" in an original post so here is the URL. No one at zazzle bothered to explain to me why but people are using it to promote themselves. Still can't post the link I see. If you might be interested, you can message me through my stores. The gallery is dedicated to only Zazzle stores.

I'd especially appreciate help from anyone who is willing to promote my Don't Drink and Drive product line because all proceeds from those products are going to a charity to help prevent drinking and driving and support victims. As long as you do not claim that you created the designs you promote - all products and all stores you find at the Zazzle marketplace can be affiliated by you. Just make sure that you read the Zazzle TOS. You can notify the shopkeeper about it - but you do not have to do that. Many shopkeepers have turned off the "contact me option", but you can still promote their products. Polite? You can contact them in their shop - "Contact me" link - and let them know "how and where" you promote their designs. Most shopkeepers love to know that someone like their products/designs. You can also post a thread about it in this forum. And you can add the shops posted in this thread - and let them know you have done that. If you use a program to pull in product feeds creating your own "Best of" - "Shops we like" - "shops worth a visit" pages - beware of shopkeepers with html code in their product descriptions - it can contain their own rf code . viggoworksmarket wrote:Seriously we're in the process of creating a Zazzle feature page on our huge fan site.
