Where are my royalties? Is this site scamming me?

I had, a few years ago, put together an account, and uploaded some nice photographs I took for posters and the like. Having been busy for the past few years, I forgot to check up on my account, and logged in today, only to find 1360 reviews of my posters, many photographs of people's living rooms, walls, etc. with my picture in there, and I have not received so much as a penny in royalties. May I ask what on Earth is going on, and what steps I need to take to get my royalties?

To check on your royalties log in and go to your account earnings summary and there you can see what you have sold and your royalties etc. Don't forget to add information so you can get paid .

The reviews are not on your poster alone but all of Zazzle's posters. You can scroll down the product page to see if your poster has any reviews or you can check in your account at this page. That area will show all of your product reviews. It is a new thing Zazzle added not long ago. And the peoples living room images you see is called Zazzle's Realview technology. It gives the customer a realistic view of the product on their wall or one of Zazzle's preset walls. It isn't actually a real picture of your product on a wall, it is virtual.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for letting me know. I scoured that left and right, and realized that nobody bought anything sadly, and that the reviews were, as you mentioned, for the product archetype and not for my product. Thank you for correcting me, and I apologize for immediately smacking down Zazzle without first doing a bit of research through the forums. I wish that the product reviews, and the archetype reviews (i.e. posters in general) were completely separated. Oh well. Thanks Smile
