hello! I'm new to Zazzle and I need help on some questions. so does it mean that we only need to create designs on the products, put a price to it, and when someone order our product, we will be paid via paypal or cheque? Had been reading the support and help but i think i might have missed out some information as there are so many links to read on.. haha. Kindly advise and thanks ahead!

Had been reading the support and help but i think i might have missed out some information as there are so many links to read on.. haha. Kindly advise and thanks ahead! Pretty much. There is a 30-day pending period in case the item is cancelled or returned for any reason. However, after 30 days the payment for that item clears, and the money is yours. You then get paid for your cleared royalties when they reach the minimum balance you set in your account (usually set at $25), and payment is processed around the middle of the month for the cleared earnings as of the end of the previous month. So around October 15, you'd get paid for items that cleared up to Sept. 30. You can also make additional money by joining the associate program and promoting your own or other people's products outside of Zazzle. If someone clicks on your referral links, you'd make an additional 15% on the sale - and maybe extra with volume bonuses. There's a lot to take in, but it's a great site, and there's lots of helpful people hanging around the forum willing to answer questions. Read through the forums and the help files as you get time, and then feel free to pop in with any questions as you go. Good luck! Patricia PR Prints

Hi I am Dianna, I am currently moving here from another site, how I have another portion of my business, I have come up with designs that seem to please my husband and they guys he works with in Alaska, but the only problem I am having is getting the information to properly go into my website, I was looking at creating another website, I typically put the javascript information into a custom area of my webpage where I copy and paste the information, however it doesnt seem to be working on this information I downloaded, I built my website with CSS style and I understand that part of it, I use Web Easy as my webdesign and it is very user friendly especially if your new at all this and it has been fun creating my website and getting it across the net, but if anyone has any suggestions that be the easiest way to combine that website with this Im all ears. thanks Dianna

Hello Everyone! I am really glad I joined Zazzle! I'm starting to find my way around alot better now and thought this would be a good time to introduce myself. I enjoy being creative with my photography and digital artistry. I've been told time and again that I should start selling my images, but I am not that internet savy. I am like the person who presses the Enter key and hopes for the best! My husband surprised me and bought a box of Thank You note cards. The card quality and printing that my image was on was Top Notch! I was extremely pleased with the results! I would much rather take photos and create generated art rather than trying to run the printing and mailing end of everything also. You are all invited to check out my store at www.zazzle.com/dianesloanstudioI don't have many products yet, but there will be more to come in the days ahead. Thank you! Best Wishes, Diane

Hi there. I'm also new here. I must confess I had never heard of zazzle until today but as soon as I found out about it, I joined the community and created my store. Because I'm only starting, I only have one or two items for sale...for now. Hopefully it will be full of new things in the future I wish you all the best of luck, Diego

Hello! I've just arrived to Zazzle (well, a couple of hours ago) and I have to say I'm very happy with what I've seen so far. For me, this is the first time doing something like this. Altough I have considered opening a store in other places, Zazzle was the one to convince me in the end. I'm using my original art, so I'm nervous about the reception it may have. I'll really appreciate any comments or constructive criticism. Thanks Zazzle for making such a great community =D (oh, BTW I'm from Argentina, so my english is more than shaky. Sorry about that ¬¬)

New and hello to all. A few questions to help me. Lot of info to read about, I plan on spending some time reading and getting to know about Zazzle. Does Zazzle give you a length of time that you have to open a store? Or if a store stays idol for any amount of time with little or nothing in it?
TIA. Jeremy

Hello Everyone, I am just getting started on Zazzle. So far, I love it. I also have a store on CafePress (shh), but Zazzle's product interface is superior in my opinion. I'm actually looking for tips, however... There are an awful lost of tags that are being disallowed because of their association with copyrights or brands... For instance Twilight and related keywords. My first point is that why couldn't we use tags like twilight if our designs are vampire-related although not Twilight specific. Wouldn't it be a good thing to connect with customers interested in vampires if you carry vampire designs? My second point is that if I were to design something related to actual 'twilight' (the time of day for crying out loud), it would seem that it would disallowed. I'm fairly frustrated with this and am wondering if anyone has advice, tips or maybe even a "quit your whining" comment to make. Anything would really be appreciated. Thanks New to Zazzle!

Hi 2DogStudio, and welcome to zazzle, I too came CP and agree this site is much more user friendly. Regarding your issue with the copyright tag 'twilight' why not try similar words like dusk-nightfall-sunset-evening. Hope this is some help to you :-)

Joanell, Thank you so much. I will. It just seems beyond the scope of their copyright to nix tags. I totally understand removing them from designs, titles or descriptions, but lording over tags is tough to handle. Since I do a lot of supernatural related designs, I will probably do something in the future that will either be "new moon" (wiccan or pagan related) as well as eclipse (sci-fi related)... so I just think it's wrong. It's like copyrighting the word "blue" and then telling everyone they can't say the word... kinda ridiculous.
I will however try the tags you suggested and simplify the tags I have. I'll bet simplifying will actually help my views as well. I really appreciate the advice. And I am really excited about Zazzle!! I'll check out your store! Thanks so much. L

Hello There, I'm pretty new to zazzle. I've recently added some new images to my store and been getting some good responses- most of the comments are "congrats on your TBA"- not sure what TBA stands for- any ideas? Cheers to first post- hopefully the first of many- thanks
