Hello, all.
Is there any particular place in the forums where sellers thank buyers for purchases? I don't know if it's customary to post a "thank you" or not, but I saw what I believe was a random note of thanks in someone's post, so it made me wonder. Does Zazzle send them a note of thanks to their email on our behalf?
My first sale was finalized today and I thought I'd ask the questions.
I'd appreciate your help.

Congratulations on the sale. Zazzle doesn't send an appreciation note but I post a 'thank you' on the product page, odds are the buyer would only see it if they make a second purchase ( which some do) but I think it's nice to do it anyway.

Thank you for taking a peek...I don't have the comments on my store page because I didn't like the 'spam' it tended to generate plus I think it looks a little more professional to prospective customers...just a personal preferance.

Thanks for explaining. Yes, I do suppose it gives the store a more professional appearance. I need to get rid of those folders on my page. That would help mine look a lot better. I think I'll leave my comments up for a while if I ever do decide to remove them. I'm hoping they may spark interests in others to have a look around the store. We'll see. Thanks again!

we cant send customers a note because the customer may have been int he marketplace and bought 5 items from 5 different shops and not realize it - and then if they got 6 emails suddenly - they would think zazzle sold their address to 6 places...since they did not buy from XYZ designer they bought from zazzle....there is a little thank you usually in with the items and usually a coupon or something when i get mine
