As every month people get a bit irate over their payments please read this to see if it answers your questions

WHERE ARE MY PAYMENTS?

"your next payment will be issued no later than 15 days into the following month."

found here
http://www.zazzle.com/my/earnings/summary

Zazzle will have your money processed no later than the 15th plus delivery time. Zazzle may or may not have your payments in your hands by the 15th but it will be processed by that time.

In the future, it's realistic to expect to see a payment issued around the 15th of the month. If it's processed before then, that's an added perk.

VOLUME BONUS

the current month VB ..the amount that is due...will disappear from your earnings account .. but don't worry its natural .. its only while its processed and will reappear ... you haven't lost it .. its safe

Any other questions might be answered here GETTING PAYED blog by Kris ..

please note it does not state anywhere that payments will be made and in your accounts on the 1st of any month .. and the preview check is just that ... a preview .. and the month on it will change to the next month due .. just because it does .. its not skipping a month of your due payments ..

and also ....

KRWDesigns wrote:

before anyone gets upset over not getting your payments until the middle of the month, that the TOU we agreed to specifies this time frame, so there's no sense getting angry or irritable or saying what they "should" be able to do.

Also, when it says "cleared" next to your amount, that means it's cleared Zazzle's internal system. It doesn't mean you should see it in your PayPal account or that your check has been mailed.

When it reaches your paypal account .. it can take 7 to 10 working days to clear ..

hope it helps Grin

I'm very confused - my paypal payment notice showed up today - about a fifth of what I should get and a fifth of what the history says I was paid.

Could it of been an end of year payment under $25 .. I know they were payed slightly later to some people this year .. and are now coming in at the same time as the normal payments so can be confused with that

No thats wrong .. the limit is still the same minimum of $25.. except end of year payments .. if you're payed via paypal the end of year payments can be lower then the $5 check limit

Well, I'm pretty new here, and I have 6 different galleries. I have made many sales from them, and haven't been here long enough for the royalties to clear. I am having trouble keeping up on what I've sold and where. I guess I have to keep logging in on my different accounts and look at the earnings and just keep a list near my computer? Is there a way to see them all together without doing this?

Also, when I created the products I had lots of duplicates of the key chains, stickers and magnets, so I deleted most of the duplicates. On my products sold, it says "product not available", I guess those are some of the duplicates I deleted? The royalty is still showing, though.

I know this is confusing, but I am very confused about all of this.

Unfortunately theres not a way to log in to one store to view sales across all your stores .. have you added all your stores to your main one for the purpose of the volume bonus though?

And have you set it up to be emailed when you make a sale?.. easier to keep track that way

The product not available is probably like you said a deleted one

Thanks for the response. Yes, I have added all of my stores to the main one, and I do get email notifications.

If I understand it correctly, all of the shops will be totaled at the end of the month, and that will determine my check, or does each shop get it's own check?

Each store has to make the minimum before it pays out.. so a minimum of $25 a month cleared earnings

unless its end of year payments in which case any store you have that hasnt made and cleared $25 will pay out if you're payed by check its only if its over $5 paypal doesnt have the $5 minimum for end of year

That's what I was wondering. If stores # 2 & 5 have enough for a check, they will be sent separately. Where does the volume bonus come in? It shows I have some $$ in bonus, but when would that be sent?

Hi all, I'm hoping you can answer my question... I have ONE store and it's showing 2 different "cleared" balances... One is $27 and some change and the other is $24 and some change... The $27 balance in my earnings report would lead me to believe I should have received a check (or paypal pmt) by now, as I believe this total has been confirmed since Dec.

However the total of $24.~ shows up in an account summary on the left-side of the screen while NOT in the earnings report area and as it's just below the $25 minimum, I'm wondering if it is the reason no payment has been issued.

I'm wondering if having these 2 different "cleared" balances is "normal" with zazzle?

It takes 30 days to clear and sent the same way as other payments

It's maybe easier to contact zazzle direct about that so they can take a look at your account .. contact them at http://www.zazzle.com/help

Heya, I have a query about payments- hope this is the right place to ask!

Is there any way to set the default payment (to me as a shopkeeper) to british pounds? At the moment people can buy things in £, then Zazzle converts it to $, then my Paypal converts it back to £. That's a lot of converting... just wondered if I'm missing some 'change default' button somewhere?

Hi! I think i have a problem ! I sold a few t-shirts (9 items) on 5/14/2009. I made 62.30$. I set my payment method to paypal - normal.
on Earnings-Summary Current Total Balance is 0$ and the 62.30$ appear cleared (green)
On Payments -History the status of the payment is pending - date 7/8/2009.

There are almost 3 months passed since I sold the items and the payment hasn't been processed. It is still pending
