For whatever it's worth, it's happening to me too but it swings back & forth. About 8 times out of 10, only about 17-19 items show up. If I keep clicking on "show all items" and "ccatonfolkart" under my picture, 47 will show up on occassion.

I'm not making any more until it straightens out though.

Zazzle is apparently working on lots of changes. When you go to your member profile through your main store page, now there is a bar telling you how much of your profile you have filled out.

I have lots of problems with a bunch of iPhone cases that I made days ago and don't show up in the Zazzle market place, although they are visible in my store.

T-shirt models all of a sudden are different and all my shirts now show on a model that I always use, but who's not having the same pose I chose. And if you click on ANY male shirt, no matter what model you used, to go to the product page where a seller would see it, it shows on a different model all together. Which is a problem since shirt designs do not look good on that model, and tend to change size also on different shirts.

And yes, black shirts turned grey over night. White shirts turned into 'basic' color. Toddler/kids shirts turned into pink or grey. Etc, etc.

I sure hope Zazzle is taking notice of all this, and that we won't have to make or change our products all over.

Yes, and that is something we clearly are in desperate need of considering the various 'glitches' which are all over the place.

Hi all, I've read several shirt issue threads from today, 05/25/12. And replied/posted with my experiences with these issues.

I also sent the following e-mail to Zazzle and hope it helps.

"This morning when I logged on to Zazzle to make shirts, I noticed that shirt models changed? I always use 'Darren' as model for my male shirts. All the shirts in my store are still Darren, but with a different pose. A pose I never choose because my designs do not look good that way. Darren used to have 6 or 7 different poses, now he only has 4. Front, back, full front, and full back. Not the sideway poses anymore so you could show of your shirt better. And if you click on ANY male shirt in your store, no matter what model you used, to go to the product page where a seller would see it, it shows on a different model all together. Which is a problem since shirt designs do not look good on that model, and designs also tend to change size on different models.

AND black shirts turned grey over night. White shirts turned into 'basic' color. Toddler/kids shirts turned into pink or grey. Etc, etc.

I went to the Zazzle forum and did a 'search' for 'shirts' with 'newest post' filter. It appears I am not the only one with these issues. There are even sellers who say flowery female shirts changed into flowery shirts on male models. Could you please take notice of all posts relating to this, and inform us (maybe on the forum) what is going on? And if we have to change or re-create our products? Which would suck by the way, pardon my language.

Kind regards,"

I finally get a day where I can spend time creating new designs and the weirdest things are going on in my store today (new products appearing and then disappearing again, taking over 2 days for new products to appear, etc). Maybe I should just go outside and get in the sun instead LOL.

Hi there Oswaldo,

I went to your store, and noticed a few things that most likely are causing your problems. First of, you're using 'Sheldon' from Big Bang Theory as your profile picture. Secondly you use 'Bazinga' as your store name. Now, I happen to know that 'Sheldon's' picture and the word 'Bazinga' are copyright infringed. You are not allowed to use those. I suppose you haven't contacted Zazzle yet about the issues you are having. Otherwise I am sure they would have told you that. I can't see any products you made, so I am assuming you made designs with 'Bazinga' on it, or related to Sheldon, or the Big Bang Theory tv show.

I know this because a while ago I made shirts with the word 'Bazinga', and they were deleted by Zazzle due to copyright infringement. I emailed them why my product got deleted and the answer was because of copyright infringement.

I feel bad for you, because you probably have to adjust your entire store. Profile picture, banner and all. But beofre you do this, I would contact Zazzle by e-mail if I would be you. Just to make sure that what I am telling you is true.

Copyright infringement is the unauthorized use of works under copyright, infringing the copyright holder's "exclusive rights", such as the right to reproduce or perform the copyrighted work, spread the information contained within copyrighted works, or to make derivative works. It often refers to copying "intellectual property" without written permission from the copyright holder, which is typically a publisher or other business representing or assigned by the work's creator.

Hope this helps, good luck!

I'm seeing significant changes and they don't work right (yet?).

For example, I click a shirt of mine, and there's only two views now, "Product" and "Design" Clicking back and forth on each makes no apparent difference at all; nothing happens. There's the blue progress bar that grows, but nothing happens when it's done.

Also the 'views menu' thing below the preview image now has views that are labelled 'Front', 'Back' (no heads in those views; they're cropped off), 'Full Front' and 'Full Back' (same images except the heads are now shown).

That means only TWO views per model, apparently, each with a slightly different zoom level... and "Product" and "Design" buttons that do nothing. And I had one model and view magically change into another completely different model and view even though I did nothing except move my mouse (no clicking happened).

Clearly changes are afoot, and they're not working right yet.

Just to let you all know, I got a response from Zazzle on my e-mail abut the shirt issues:

"Thanks for contacting the support team at Zazzle.com.

Our technical team has been advised of the error, and they are currently working on a solution. The situation will be remedied as soon as possible. Again, thank you for your email. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we work to resolve the issue."

So hopefully it all will be fixed soon :-)

@RazzleDazzleGifts,
No, you're not losing your marbles, this type of thing with random products disappearing and similar behaviour has been going on for a while now, and with different people reporting different weirdness it seems to be inconsistent. And now we've got black shirts turning grey overnight, and female models wearing pink flowery shirts turning into male models wearing pink flowery shirts.
For some strange reason the enthusiasm to create has simply evaporated today.

I hope Zazzle still has the digital data necessary TO undo, and then actually DOES undo, all the harmful changes (e.g. pink women's shirts turning into male models, etc.) because if they don't, and they just say "okay everybody, we've stabilized the situation, now go fix the bad products in your stores!" just try to IMAGINE the pain for people who have thousands of products already!

Once your store and its categorization framework is set up, the whole idea of Zazzle is supposed to be "make new designs and add them, and THAT'S IT!" There's not supposed to be enormous amounts of soul-crushingly tedious FIX-IT WORK on thousands of products you ALREADY MADE, at various times in the future, forever.

Once I add a design on some products, I expect those products to not need any further maintenance. I don't want thousands of women turning into men, for example, or thousands of thumbnails of designs suddenly getting "zoomed out" and smaller so customers can't legibly see the designs anymore on the thumbnails, etc. etc.

Who's going to want to make a large-scale store (read: a profitable store) if this kind of thing happens? The more products you have, the more pain you'll experience.

I have to say I've not actually seen this myself (I've got no flowery pink shirts anyway!), but I have seen it reported. I also remember similar happening when some shirts went out of stock and models changed to default blokes, instead of changing to a default female shirt.

I hear ya! I might not have thousands of shirts, but only about 500. But I am already dreading the moment Zazzle will tell us to re-do and adjust them all manually. I checked Zazzle and there are 4,209,665 (= four million two hundred nine thousand six hundred sixty-five) shirts in total on Zazzle. Can you imagine the agony and work Zazzle sellers would have to put in if Zazzle won't revert our products into the way they were?

It sure takes the fun out of working on our stores. It baffles me why they didn't leave it the way it was. It worked just fine. IMHO there are more and real important things to be changed. Now we got another glitch on our hands.

Hi all fellow frustrated Zazzlers! :-) Well I went into my store today and did some adjusting to the shirts. I noticed that when you go 'edit' a shirt (not cus[img]tomize, but edit) there is a new option called 'Product Merchandising'. There you can go to 'Change Options'. Now... if you choose for another model for your shirt, and you click 'Change Style', it won't show that change yet. But after you check the little 'right to publish' box, and then hit 'OK' you will see it change into the model you chose. Tadah! :-)

At least this way I was able to change into my previous models and the colors I had made the shirts in originally. However, it won't show up changed yet if you go to the product page of the shirt that the customers will see. Which is a bummer.

While doing all this I came across a shirt I made a while ago, and thought it would be appropriate for the shirt issue we're all dealing with, and thought it would make yall laugh and feel a little more lighthearted about the shirt issues :-)

I can't get it posted, so you'll have to do with the link if you'd like to see it :-)

WELL... THIS SUCKS

I'm having trouble, not with the items showing up in the store itself (as far as I've noticed so far) but with them showing up in my little "admit area" or whatever you call it, where I can add categories and all that. If I click on, say, Horse Grooming, it only shows 4 products. I can see more than that in the store itself, but only the four show up in the category view. Wanted to try and make sure I have everything changed over where I want it, as I'm moving a few products from the "new products" category to others, but not everything is showing up properly. Most of the Horse Grooming products were put into that category when they were made, so most should be showing up when I click it in the dashboard area.

Wanted to give an update on the products that weren't posting after having published them weeks ago: I went in and changed a few tags and re-worded the title and it posted in under 24 hours.

My store is a tiny baby store, as I'm just getting started, but it was worrisome to think a product (especially if it had been a profitable product) wasn't showing up for no discernible reason.

I appreciate the help.

Not sure if this is still a problem being investigated or not, but I have been with Zazzle for many years and am completely stumped. I have two sites that I run, one personal and one for our school. I did a lot of work on the one for our school back in April / May. After I made the new products all were posted in store and looking great. I just went in today to place an order and only 3 of my 14 products in my School Spirit Gear category are showing up. They are in My Account under Products and are listed as being public, but are not in store. We want to introduce this site to parents so that they can place orders, but won't be able to do so without the products there!

Please help.

(Nothing has been edited since all was well in April, no category changes, etc.)

All of your products are there. Zazzle now uses grouping. Look at the link under the water bottle. It says "see on 11 products." Under the shirt is says "see on 51 styles or 2 products."
