Hello, All! I am fairly new to Zazzle and when I go to my store there is a couple of products that don't show up that were made weeks ago. I have them linked on my website, so I can find them that route, and they are listed as public. I feel certain this is a user error issue. Any ideas?

Same thing is happening to me. I added a number of new products, and they are not showing up in my store. There are only three items that are listed in my store. I had added categories/subcategories, and moved the items there. Now they're not showing up and the folders are empty. I'm so confused. Am I doing something wrong?

It takes a while (a variable while!) for your products to appear in your stores, it also takes quite a while for products to move when you change categories. We just have to be patient, and when you move products to a different category don't be tempted to try again if they don't appear quickly - the countdown (and the wait) will start all over again.

Appreciate the reply, Steve. But, this is happening to items that I haven't moved, that were created weeks ago and have always had trouble viewing. I assume I'm not doing something right, and have tried to look for the answer thru the boards and tutorials, but am having no luck.

@Patti, Could it be anything to do with the fact that not all products are visible on all domains?...some products are only visible on .com, and new products tend to be released on .com before being rolled out to the other domains.

As in my .com site (not my zazzle store but my website)? I hadn't considered this, but it wouldn't explain why most of my new products show up (the last products made a few days ago are showing up), while this older one doesn't. as far as this particular product, it doesn't concern me, but my concern comes in if it happens to one of the other more popular products.
i've gone in to make sure it's public and that i haven't changed it or the settings in any way. it's a mystery, especially since it's an older product.
again, i appreciate the help. i'll keep searching.

I just changed the content filter to view your store. If I view it in safe mode I see 17. If I turn it off I see 20. Check in account settings to see if you have it set to safe or moderate instead of off.

Quote:As in my .com site (not my zazzle store but my website)? No, your Zazzle store; all stores are basically on .com but mirrored to the other domains. While you can create and see all the products on the .com version of your store, the same isn't true for the other domains, what is the particular product which is missing? Steve. EDIT: Well realised Maz...I'm forgetting the content filter!

I have a total of 22 products. The older product missing is a Weekend Dexter Magnet: http://www.zazzle.com/weekend_dexter_magnet-147356149818104432The other product not showing is a new product from yesterday, so I'm assuming it will pop in by tomorrow. An aside question: this new product is rated "r", so does that mean only the folks with safe mode off will see it? I feel like such a newb, but am grateful for the guidance.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I had already turned off safe mode. It was one of the first things I came across to do.

Quote:The older product missing is a Weekend Dexter Magnet If by 'Dexter' you mean the TV series, then it probably got pulled (although you would normally get an e-mail to say so). If it's nothing to do with the TV series it could still get pulled because keywords and/or description used the D word. Steve.

Is it by any chance sitting in 'In Progress'?...occasionally stuff gets stuck there instead of actually being published.
Steve.

@Patti, This is baffling!..it's there in the MP but not in your store - makes you wonder just how many other products this could be happening to. One thing you could try is to 'Customise it' into a new one; click 'Customise it', check all the settings and then post it for sale. In the meantime you could hide the original one. Of course you're going to have to wait over 24 hours for the new one to appear, but if and when it does you could then delete the original. Quote:An aside question: this new product is rated "r", so does that mean only the folks with safe mode off will see it? Yes it does, and they'll have no way of even knowing it's there unless you tell them somehow. Steve.

Strangest this is going on or I am loosing my Marbles! Steve, I went in to customize and repost my missing products, 20 minutes later the original products showed up in my store..Problem is an hour later I go to my store and they are no longer there...

@RazzleDazzleGifts, No, you're not losing your marbles, this type of thing with random products disappearing and similar behaviour has been going on for a while now, and with different people reporting different weirdness it seems to be inconsistent. And now we've got black shirts turning grey overnight, and female models wearing pink flowery shirts turning into male models wearing pink flowery shirts. For some strange reason the enthusiasm to create has simply evaporated today.
