Hi
Does anyone know how to contact law enforcement in California, USA, regarding massive organized copyright infringement and Royalty payment issues?
Just need to know if there is a specific form to fill in, an e-mail address och a page on the internet where I can find this information.
Regards markku

Massive organized copyright infringement??? What do you mean? Where is that?
If they are infringing on your own copyright you need to send a DMCA notice or contact your lawyer. If they are infringing on someone else's copyright you to contact the copyright owner so they can handle it themselves.

No problem.
I found out that FBI has a Internet Crime Unit that will be able to handle the situation on the american side. I have not yet been able to contact proper authoroties i Europe, but its only a matter of time until I do.
I belive internet and the freedom it has created is great, but as with all types of freedom it needs to be monitored so that froudulent individuals/companys will not be able to prey on that freedom. It is therefor important that all laws and treaties, domesic and international, will be honered by all parties.
Im working full time now on this matter, and will be able to present good verification on the events to the FBI so that one more criminally built company will leave the market, and the people commiting the crimes can be brought to justice.

You didn't answer my questions.
Are they infringing on your copyright?
Or do you *think* they are infringing on someone else's copyright?

Holy hell, marmur, you are so passive-aggressive it nearly gives me an aneurysm. Just state outright what the issue is.
