It's been a while since I worked on my shop. Now I want to change my home page feature products but I don't see the link anymore. How do I do this now?

In the product tab we can now drag and drop all products around .. either drag and drop the items you want to feature into the first 12 spaces .. or if you can't drag and drop .. maybe the product you want to feature is on a page way back .. just tick the box under that item then at the top click on "send to front" .. it can take an hour or more to change though .. not as easy and practical as it used to be

I can't send anything to the front or back. It appears that the javascript is not working on my computer. I tried using IE and firefox. I can't move anything. Any ideas how to fix my javascript issue?
