Does anyone know if Zazzle supplies a reason for cancelled royalties. Not a major problem with me, but have had 3 recently and have no idea why. Was it my product, or was it some problem with Zazzle? Would be helpful to know. Lloyd

Hopefully giving us the reason for a cancellation is on Zazzle's 'to do' list but at this time we aren't given the reason for cancellations. It may have been customer error, in which case they usually reorder, the customer changed their mind, or, depending on when it cancelled, a return. It could also have been cancelled if a customer used something against copyright.

I´m also hoping Zazzle is considering a way for us sellers to know the reason for cancelled sales. I just had a order cancelled for a messenger bag that was made over a month ago, with the earnings already cleared for payment... Providing information about cancelled orders would be helpful to us, and for Zazzle too, and could be a way to improve customer service and satisfaction.

These bags must be a real conflict of systems for Zazzle.
If I recall, the turnaround time on some bags is 4 - 6 weeks. The 30 day money back guarantee begins from when the customer receives the goods.
By then, the royalty system clears the sale at 30 days (or so) and yet the customer still has right of return after that time in some instances.
