Hello everyone,

I am fairly new to Zazzle and have my first little sales on some Greeting Cards. Smile And of course, there is something that I don't get right away. The cards are listed for $3.35 but on my sales report they show up for $1.67. That is confusion Nr. 1 - the other is that twice the royalty is 0.26 cents and once 0.33 cents. Not that the cents matter that much - but I would at least like to understand.
Not sure how this works - but helpful answers are highly appreciated. Thank you! Gerda

There's been a 1/2 price sale on greeting cards, so you will be seeing the price as they were actually sold in your report.

Check your report to see if it says none or third party in the referred column of your royalty history:
