Hi,
I just made a new banner (900w x 100w) at 72dpi (saved as png) and when I go to view it on my store it's been cut off. I originally made the banner 900 x 200 but redesigned it to 900 x 100 and switched the radio button to 100pixels but it cuts off half the banner. Originally the 200 pixel banner worked just fine. Any ideas?
Thank you, Beth

It's hard to tell what the problem is, but it looks like for whatever reason, the site is trying to stretch the image to 900 x 200, even though it's supposed to be 900 x 100 and it's only showing 900 x 100. Possibly a caching issue?
Try re-uploading the new banner image and applying it.

I just renamed the image and uploaded it as a gif instead and still the same problem. Hmmm?

Even when I rename the file on my computer and upload it with a different name Zazzle keeps uploading it as the name of the original file, not the new one. This has me stumped!

Ok, I went back to my 200 pixel banner as even with clearing my cookies Zazzle still keeps naming it the original name. Must be on their end? Thanks anyways, Beth

Are you clicking on the "save changes" button?

Try going to your account page, click the images tab, upload the banner there, and then add it through the store tab --> appearance

Yup, tried uploading through the images tab and then selecting the image but it's still not working. For some reason Zazzle keeps renaming it the original name I called it and not the renamed file name.

Oops, sorry about that, I was logged in under my other store name.

Try logging out, then clearing your cookies. Occasionally a cookie will persist even though it's session has ended.

Looks fine to me. Did you get it working ? What I see on your site looks good.

I've cleared my cookies a couple of times and still can't get it to work. Guess I'll just stick with the 200pixel banner that does work. Thank you everyone for your help...I appreciate it! Beth
