Hey folks, it's Terry. I found a seller, Summit More, who was reselling a bad copy of one of my phone designs to hundreds of resellers online. See if your design is hijacked too! Here's my story and the linkTerry

Is there a way to tell if someone MIGHT be doing this? I have noticed on several occasions when I visit my Statcounter account that it shows one particular person (another Zazzler) who practically lives on my site. They have visited it close to 100 times in a month which is way way more than what anyone else , other than myself, has visited it. I guess it is something I should feel flattered about--that someone likes my site THAT much. It is just a curiosity to me.

It is possible, but it could also be a bot that is getting tracked from leaving their shop or site and carrying their cookie over to you, it could also be someone's own personal search engine. its pretty easy now a days to create your own search engines, bots and spyders to find similar or relevant content. Lots of people use them to affiliate or refer others products that are similar to their own or to just earn the referral fee. If it happens to be the latter, a custom search engine/bot then it would show up as the same person/IP/cookie each time they visit your site(s). Or as you said, maybe they just have a secret infactuation with you.

Frequent visitors could also be affiliates looking for things to promote as well.

On the rip-off site too bad they didn't stick to their word about removing them, have you tried going directly through their host to get them shut down?
Maybe they will get blacklisted in the search engines too.

Maybe they will get blacklisted in the search engines too. I sent them another DMCA. I'm waiting to hear back. Hopefully it was just an error that they added it back. T

This is Terry (AlRioArt) from above. Happy to say they have taken down my copyrighted design again but they still have many that are suspicious. Be vigilant Zazzlers.
