I got an email yesterday afternoon that one of my products got a Todays best award. Well nothing happened and even today, nothing happened. Was it a glitch? or revoked? (no copyright problem). Just wondering.

They are now sending out the emails a few days in advance of when they will get the ribbon and show up in the TBA section on the front page.

So, are TBA's not chosen and displayed as a TBA on the same day? Is this part of the changes that were made around the beginning of April? I've noticed that ever since then, there are only 30 chosen now, and they are always up very early in the morning (at least by my time here in western WA/USA). Do tell!

I do know that I have received TBAs in the past (last year or before) that were for products that were made several days prior. So it's never been pick today/award today

I do know that I have received TBAs in the past (last year or before) that were for products that were made several days prior. So it's never been pick today/award today That is so weird...all the ones that I have ever received, I have made in the morning of the day that the TBA was awarded. I've always wondered about it, because given the different time zones that Zazzlers are in, it seemed that if they were all chosen at a certain hour of the day, it wouldn't allow the same opportunity for everyone to receive one. Must just be coincidence that all mine have been received on the day I've made them (granted, that's kind of a strange thing, since I've had 20 TBAs). Thanks for the input, Artsy. it's always interesting to know more about how these things work!

Same thing happened to me a couple of times this week. I received the emails and then my TBA showed up a few days later. Super confusing at first. lol
