how about paying people when you say you are going to !

Well - they paid me and lots of others. Every month since I joined, punctual as clockwork.
It would be a good idea to check your account if it´s not a missing document (W8-BEN) if you not in the US, or a missing SSN if you are.

I do see that you updated your SSN yesterday. We are unable to make payments without the required information. I am very sorry you will not receive a payment this month. Looks like everything should be good to go for next month!

I have always rec'd payment when Zazzle said the next payment was coming, for the last 2 years. This was the first time (April 15) when I did not get the payment as anticipated. When I checked my payment set-up screen tab, I noticed there was a field for SS number. I don't recall ever receiving notice that this was added and needed filled out. At any rate, I filled it out, and now my payment has been moved to May 15. :-(

So glad I came on here to find this out.I too was confused why I didn't get paid April 15th,then it was moved to May.And I went in and saw the ssn there blank.never saw this before either.I wish they would have let us know of this so we wouldn't be confused.
