I was curious to know if you can zazzle with a ipad. I just purchased it and it seems to do certain things , it does not allow you to exchange images...I was curious if there was a app. Does anyone know if there is another tablet that may be better. Thank you in advance. I should have researched this better...YikesCrying

I have the Galaxy tab and just found out that you can't edit any of the products because of the last step.

"check here to agree with our terms".

When I tap to put a check on the box, nothing happens.

I'm guessing because Apple isn't compatible with flash.

I've tried on two ipads and no luck, the whole flash thing messes it up. One reason I won't bother with one Smile

It isn't a problem with your tablet at all it is that Zazzle isn't confirgured to work with tablet. You can do a few things like read the forum, browse products, check you earnings but you can't create products with it.

Thanks everyone....you can repost a product as well and change the title too...Nothing is ever easy...I wonder if Zazzle is going to try and be compatible with the tablets , as they are becoming so popular these days...Idea

I just now successfully created a product from scratch using my iPad with no problems at all. I also just successfully created a product from scratch on my Android tablet with a few annoying snafus.

On the iPad it was flawless, you can scroll inside of the pop-ups and all of the buttons work flawlessly. On the Android I couldn't scroll categories , I can't even get the keyboard to stay docked to use the arrow keys, and when I clicked publish it told me that it found errors (there were none) and kept me on the publish page yet it actually did publish the item. I am waiting now to see if I published multiples because I clicked that button like 50 times, lol.

This may or may not be a browser issue but you have to really press it. I know that sounds silly for a capacitive screen device but trust me. Just press it and hold for a couple seconds and it will work, at least it did for me, tapping seems to do nothing. And once you press the publish button it might tell you that you are missing information. Wait a few minutes to see if the product was in fact published. That is my experience using a Le Pan capacitive touch running Android 2.2 Froyo.

I just did a comparison video a few days ago of the iPad 1st gen versus the Le Pan 1st gen. It is sort of long but I am not into the whole brevity thing. You can check it out here on Youtube. It is a pretty nice tablet, not quite as slick as the iPad but not a bad Android. You can get them right now at Wally World for $180. It is a really sweet tablet overall.

I was planning about a year ago on doing a Zazzle iPad instructional video but Zazzle stopped working with iPad. It seems to be working now and if I figure out the scrolling issue within categories for the Android I might do a Zazzle mobile experience video but I am also hoping for a Zazzle app soon.

Seems like I got it to work simply by randomly tapping around the box or at the box several times. When I press on the box for a few seconds, I get a popup saying "select text, find on page, close tab".

Seems like it's confused and not really detecting the new pop up screen, and is trying to select the text behind the pop up.

I'm running Honeycomb on the Galaxy Tab 7.7. Waiting for the ICS update.

Yeah, same here. That seems to be the problem, Android doesn't play well with those pop-ups. I have the same problem in the default browser and Dolphin and if you are running HC then it isn't likely an update issue. But I was successful in creating a product on it even though I wanted to scream a couple of times. One may be able to get accustomed to it's shortcomings.

haha, yeah, I'll stick to my laptop or desktop for creating products.

The tabs/pads are just a toy imo.

Back in the long ago in the before time I would be out in the wild and get an idea for a product design and whip out my Dell Axim to make a note of it. That turned into using my iPod Touch and that is what I still use for note taking mostly. But now if I get an idea for a product design out in the wild I can either note it or, if I have the time, I can create the design and apply it to a product using my iPad. Right at this moment Zazzle seems to be working great on mine. As you can see in my video, I have Zazzle on my first screen. As for Android I think it is Google that needs to make improvements.

I was one of those weirdos that everyone knew back in the 90s and turn of the millennium that always carried a notepad on them. I always had paper, usually one of those pocket sized spiral bound notebooks, and a writing utensil on my person or at least very close by. I stopped carrying paper in 2007, about the same time I started designing for Zazzle. It's amazing how much those things have changed in just 5 years.

Re: click here to accept terms

If you click on the sentence rather than the box itself, the box will check. This caught me up too until I learned it.
I found I can do maintenance things on the iPad like changing categories or checking the forms like now, but for designing I need a real computer.
