Hi you all! My name is MArgherita and I have a question.
I noticed that some of my earnings in the Earnings History are marqued as Cancelled.
I would like to know what that means. why they are cancelled? is a normal thing? I really do not understand. if anyone can answer me I'll be very grateful!

It means that a customer cancelled their order. This can happen for a number of reasons. Maybe they changed their mind and decided they didn't want it. Maybe they customized it wrong. Sometimes it doesn't go through because of a faulty credit card and Zazzle cancels the order.
It is a somewhat normal thing and it's bound to happen to everyone.
I hope they reorder your products!
