I'm getting active with Zazzle again after a long period of leaving it "on autopilot". There sure have been a lot of changes! I have a couple of questions that I haven't been able to definitively answer from looking around. I hope someone that's been around can help me out.

If I'm reading it correctly, I am supposed to change my logins from my store names to my email address. BUT, I cannot use my email address for more than one store. AND, there was some time window for "merging" multiple stores under one email address / profile and I can't do that anymore? So, what? Create a separate email address for each store? And just how is this supposed to be better than logging in with the store name? Crying

Are we able to, at least, use the same Paypal account for multiple stores?

Nothing changed regarding Paypal, I don't think. Except the minimum payout amount, but that's not related to the store organization.

If you didn't merge your stores last year, you will have to email customer support for help. It can't be done from this side.

Now we're using one email and one login for all of our merged accounts. You have some options about which account to use in the forums (there's a dropdown menu at the top now) and how you share your profile among your stores.

Welcome back! There are oodles of changes and a lot of new products. Enough to keep you as busy as you want.

Welcome back. One advantage to the merging of stores under one account is that you can easily create products across stores without having to log out of one and log into another.

Another advantage is that you can customize an existing product from one of your stores, change it, and post it under another store. Often I find that quicker than designing products from scratch, particularly if the description is going to be similar or if I have the image in the original design positioned just the way I want it. I can simply change it to the new image and don't have to worry about re-positioning it.

A third advantage is the ability to easily see how much you've earned from each store, which products have sold, which store is outselling the others, etc.

I hope Zazzle is able to help you merge, if that's what you want to do.

I don't think they can merge now. We had a deadline to do it last May.
