Can't leave a message on my own store!

Hi, for some reason, I can no longer add a note to my site. I always go in and thank whomever bought a card or item from me, and now it will not let me click on it to leave a note. I have tried restarting my computer, several times, but that has not solved the problem.
Any suggestions???????

I'm having the same problem, so you're not alone in this. I don't think it's anything on our part that's wrong, but then again...
