I haven't been here too long but over at CP, I have sold Halloween items in February, I've sold Easter items in December, Christmas items during the summer, Valentines items well after the holiday and so on.
It is kinda weird but like you said- as long as I make a sale, I don't care when they buy itGrin

Congrats!
It's so adorable!! It was sold just because it was a cute mug, wasn't it? I sold a small Easter magnet last month at CP.

Really cute mug! Congrats on the sale!

Maybe it's a Christmas gift for a chicken lover. It doesn't say Easter on the mug.

I sold this Valentine's mousepad this morning.

And I think I'm getting more Halloween views now than I did before Halloween! Laughing

I've sold things way out of season too. I think the oddest was Christmas items just a few days AFTER Christmas.

I know this isn't the case here because we try to keep costs down but......a rabbit group I belong to has a swap once a year. You get a buddy and swap off things for both the bunny and the owner internationally too. I thought of this because we're in the middle of one right now. For anything like that Zazzle is great because you can guarantee that the recepient (sp)will not already have it.

I'm sure there must be groups of people that collect things etc that do something similar throughout the year.

Did I make sense? No coffee yet.
