I sent the F W8BEN last month but "We cannot pay you because your payment settings are incomplete" is still on my payment page. Is there a way to know or verify if they did received my email? This is my first time requesting a payment.

Its prob a backlog in applications just be patient, if they cleared you it will be cleared and if theres a problem you will hear from them. I know the internet world can make you feel disconnected but id be confident that they will sort you out at some point as fast as they can.
