All of the "location" stores are mirrors of the US store (.com). Doesn't matter which one you log into, anything you do appears on all of them. (Except that some products, like calendars and stamps, are only available on the US site.)

Your royalties are set by percentage, not dollar amounts, so whatever percentage you set in your store applies to all domains as well. Zazzle handles the conversion in each of the "local" sites. (Prices on those include taxes and currency exchange, among other things.)

The drawbacks are that royalties in different currencies will fluctuate with daily exchange rates in your account, and don't stick until the payment is issued for them (as per the usual schedule), so it's harder to get an exact picture of your revenue until the payment is actually processed. And sales from each domain are counted separately for volume bonus, although the royalties, referrals, etc., all show up together in your earnings report. So you do have to get the minimum in each currency to get volume bonus for that domain's sales. But the volume bonus can be a nice addition to your earnings if you get lots of sales - and not many other places have so many ways to earn revenue.
