CONFUSED is not the word ... I live in Northern Ireland so pay UK tax [a lot of it too!!] because I own a business. I don't make that much from Zazzle in fact I call it pocket money!!! When Zazzle first asked me to fill in the tax form thing I tried to download and fill it in but I didn't have the right software and my printer wasn't working at the time either. I sent Zazzle a message and they didn't reply but when I went to check my payment they had paid me and have done so for several months since then and no more message on my payment page! But in the past few days the message has re-appeared again. I clicked to update my payment details and got an email from them saying my details were updated but the message hasn't disappeared from my payment page this time so I am not sure if I will get the next payment or not!! Does anyone know what I am suppose to do or should I just wait to see if I get my payment??

My checks kept coming too regardless of whether or not the red message appeared in my account (several times it would disappear and then appear). Finally to stop worrying about whether or not I would get my next check, I submitted the form. This thread here shows you what to complete on the form - http://forum.zazzle.com/new/w_8ben But leave box 2 blank unless you are an organization. Some graphics programs will open a pdf file, if you have one that does use a drawing tool to fill it out and sign it, then save it as a jpg and email it to zazzle. Or you can print it out, then scan it or take a photo of it and email the image.

Update- I have now been through the entire 'process'..including filing this years tax self assesment (UK), the W8-BEN form, i have also received in the snail mail tax details direct from zazzle on all earnings, i have read through piles of documents and forms so have a pretty good heads up on what to do for myself. (as everyone is different). If i can help please mail me i might be able to calm a worried mind, its up to the individual to deal with there own affairs but im happy to perhaps guide with my own experiences. Dont forget to say hi on facebook Hi, Thanks for your generous offer. I was wondering if you know if designs on Zazzle UK are also displayed on the US site. If so how does the payout process work. Same applies to UK designs on other EU sites that I plan to translate. New to the game and apologise in advance for what might be a very stupid question. Frank

Your store automatically appears on all domains, though the translations leave a bit to be desired. You'll need to fill in the w-8BEN, otherwise, payouts just happen if you have Paypal.

Hi,
I've sold some things in £ GBP which gets automatically converted to $ Dollars, but would prefer if the GBP stays in pounds when sent to my PayPal. Since I'm sure I lose money on it converting back and forth needlessly.
Do you have to make a separate account on Zazzle UK and re-add designs or can I just change the currency of an existing account? It'd be better if it all came to 1 account so as to reach payout easier/quicker and just a lot more tidy I guess to keep track of. So I'm hoping I can just tell my current Zazzle.com account to accept/show any currencies, but to *not* convert to Dollars.
Also if I change my primary currency to GBP will the prices of products show up as GBP for all customers as most customers are from the US so I'd prefer it stay as Dollars for them.
And does the payment threshold change if primary currency is GBP, or is just the GBP equivalent to $25 still?
Thanks for any help. Just a bit confused on the whole currency thing.
EDIT: Emailed Zazzle and they chanegd the currency setting.

Does anyone happen to know if your ITIN number stays with you if you move from one EEC country to another or would you have to apply for another one? I'm assuming, well hoping, that you would just have to inform the IRS of your change of country and the ITIN number would remain the same.
