I'm Croatian/British living in Croatia, how do i opt out of "I am a US citizen residing in US for tax paying purposes??? What if any tax should i pay and to whom?

Will need to send BEN form to get money may still pay some tax depends on country Australia and UK I think are 5%

Croatia don't have Tax Treaty with USA, so, IRS will take 30% every month from your Zazzle earnings

and if you are Croatia citizen, your Form for Zazzle is W-8BEN...
