Just curious if you're selling to Canadians or finding most of your sales are to US residents? My sales have been US and UK. I don't promote to Canadian buyers located in Canada at this time because of customs charges and wondered if anyone has learned better ways to cope with these extra fees and how to advise customers regarding them. It just makes for tricky marketing! I created something recently that I learned later I couldn't even buy 'cause it won't get shipped to Canada - note pads I think it was... Would appreciate some insight if someone has the time! Note I'm amazed at the number of Pro-sellers here on the international section  - obviously you're doing something right and I'd love to learn some secrets! Thanks! Cheryl  Our Enchanted Garden

All products can ship to Canada if purchased off the .com site. It's just that not all products are listed on the .ca site. Sometimes when you buy from the .com site there will be taxes to pay. Sometimes I get charged GST for example. It depends on the product though.
I don't tend to market to Canadian customers though. Most of my sales are from US customers.

Checked out your website - amazing! Beautifully laid out and I love how you've promoted American MoJo on your blog - it's such a great project!
I've been thinking of dedicating my website to Zazzle stuff and I can see now it will be a worthwhile endeavor once I have sufficient products designed.

I actually just launched that particular website... if you mean wasootch.com... I have another blog too. Thanks for the compliment. I have to add some more blog posts to it. It's mostly all my products right now. Since I just launched it, I'm not sure yet if something like this is worth it for others, but my other, much more simple blog did bring in referrals for me and a lot of traffic.

When we promote to our friends and family in Canada, we always suggest they purchase from the .com site. Sometimes Canadian customers get charged customs and taxes when the packages arrive but sometimes not. Even if they are added it's still cheaper buying from the .com site.
We don't do a lot of promotion because we just haven't found the time. Moving twice in 8 months has thrown us totally off schedule. Can't decide if we should spend the time to learn to promote our existing 3 stores or spend the time getting our 4th store up. It's certainly more fun illustrating and designing.

Cheryl Our Enchanted Garden Hi Cheryl I'm in Nova Scotia. I get most of my sales from the US. I think I get a lot of views from both Canada and the US. I get a sprinkling of sales from overseas too. I'm not quite sure how I achieved Pro Seller status, but having good descriptive titles, a thorough keyword-rich product description and lots of relevant tags are very important and effectively marketing your store(s) and product is necessary too. Hello from Toronto! 80% of my sales are from the US and 20% are from everywhere else in the world. I don't specifically market to Canadians...I have had a few sales from Canada and they were purchased from the .com site. I've purchased a few things myself and have never had any custom charges.
