One of my designs has several products but one of them is not displaying on the standard bare model photo. This is very weird. When I try to add another image, it still doesn't show. Other products in the same shop, the same category, show perfectly well. Solution, anyone? Same problem, anyone? This is the shy shop...The item in question is the first one.

Hmm... never seen that before. Sorry I can't help. I would send an email to Zazzle about it though.

I've just had a quick look, and If you change the t-shirt style or possibly the model, you should get the design to show.

Steve. Thanks Steve- yes, worked for me that time by changing models although when I first tried it, nothing. How very odd.

Yes, there's been something "very odd" with the T-shirts for a week now; recently made black ones have turned grey and other strangeness.

I've got a similar problem with phone skins. I had to edit the title and description on some products because Zazzle wouldn't allow the word m o o r (without the spaces) for some reason. After I'd done the editing, the design disappeared completely from the thumbnail and I can't get it to show without recreating the whole product! Thanks for looking, Steve. There's another thread on the forum dealing with the 'mo' issue - it seems it's been fixed now, so I needn't have bothered editing things at all. I'm scared to try another edit at the moment, in case something else disappears, so I'm going to leave it for a while to see if it sorts itself out. If not, I'll maybe just remake those products from scratch and hope nothing else goes wrong. It's very annoying, but I should have known by now not to jump in and start trying to fix things without checking the forums first. I love Zazzle, but sometimes you'd need the patience of a saint!

Yes, I've done virtually nothing here for over a week now, it's extremely frustrating.

Well, I gave up waiting, so I customised the disappearing items and posted them over again - successfully, I'm glad to say. Luckily there were only a couple of them so it didn't take very long, but it must be very frustrating for anybody with multiple problem products.
