I can't seem to find any link to request a payment. I have not had any issue in the past, seems like there used to be a button that said 'request payment via paypal' and now i see no such option.

I've looked on the payment settings page, put in my social for the tax info, and it has three options, 'get paid with the non-exclusive liscense agreement or something of the sort, a place where you put in a higher amount than 50$, and a thing called 'hold'. I have the license agreement option selected.

I just want the 21$ i haveto be sent to me and i dont understand why it is so difficult to get now! Any help? Thanks! Sorry if this is jumbled, im on my mobile.

Under your payment settings and the PayPal option at the top (in very small print) it says
Note: For PayPal there is a minimum threshold of $50 to be paid automatically. If you have less than $50 balance after one month of sales, we will hold your funds for future use, or you may request a PayPal payment for a $2.50 fee. Payment will be made within 45 days. Click on the part that's underlined.

Maybe the link doesn't show on your phone. Look for the paypal button on the payment settings page. Under it is this text, the bolded part is the link.

Hm, i see where it says that but it says only the first part, "there's a minimum threshold of 50$ to be paid automatically. If you have less than 50$ balance after one month... yada yada." It does not give me the option to request a payment. *? I don't understand why this is giving me such a time. Sad

Is there some setting i have not selected? I feel like i am going around in circles in the settings area of the site. Thank you very much for your help.

On your EARNINGS page, under PAYMENTS
The following is what I see (if you do not see the request payment buttons, then I suggest contacting support)

Preview Next Payment

As of right now, you have not yet met the minimum amount to receive an automatic payment. You can check back later as your Earnings continue to accrue, or request a payment below.
Request a payment:
Request a payment even if you have not met the minimum payment amount. Payment will be made within 45 days.
[REQUEST PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL]- (a button)
Note: If you request a PayPal payment that is less than $50 you will be charged a $2.50 processing fee. If your payment amount is greater than $50, this fee will be waived.
[REQUEST PAYMENT VIA CHECK]- (a button)
Note: If you request a check payment that is less than $100 you will be charged a $5.00 processing fee. If your payment amount is greater than $100, this fee will be waived.

Also remember that after you've made $600 in lifetime earnings you MUST

enter your social security number if you are in the US

or

fill out and send in an W8BEN form if you are an international seller

You won't get any more payments until you do this.
