Hi I just want to ask about my zazzle account. It's my first time using zazzle I just started this 2012, and last March my earnings reached 59$. I completed all the details needed and tried withdrawing it through paypal. It was supposed to enter my paypal on 4-15-2012. But when i checked it again before 4-15-2012, it was moved to 5-15-2012. And now I checked it again, it was moved again to 6-15-2012. So what's the problem? Am I doing something wrong?

I'm guessing you're in Europe? In your account payment settings, does it say

We have received and processed your form. Thank you!

If not, you may need to send your w-8 BEN form again, and check that the details on it match your Zazzle account details

I'm having a similar issue in all my stores. I sent my w8 BEN quite a while back and have gotten payments since. It seems that this year I have not been paid at all and the payment dates keep moving to the next month. My account payment settings page has a section about tax information, but it has never changed since I sent the form in. All that happened then is the red text went away. I'm awaiting a response from support.

If you don't see the "We have received and processed your form. Thank you!" RuralFrance mentioned on your 'Payment Settings' page then there may be a problem; try sending in your W-8 BEN again using the address on that page, and make sure your details on that page and the details on the W-8 BEN match - otherwise it will not go through. This caused a two month delay for me, and I know of another Zazzler who had the same problem. In my case I had entered the name I'm generally called by in my details (Steve) and my 'given' name (Stephen) on the form.

I could send it in again, but I have been getting payments since I first sent it in so I don't know why there would be an issue now. Still have not heard from support, and can't seem to get through by phone.

im having the same problem as the thread starter..
but Ive never had a W wotsit 8 form??
i did get a 1042-S form a while back but its just a tax status thingy, i assumed we didnt have to send it in or anything? (there are NO instructions with it at all)
HELPP please.

ok so i looked at my payment settings and i do indeed have to fill in a W-8 ben form,
done so in the Adbe page, but it wont let me sign it? how the heck can i get it to do so, cause i cant print it off (would rather email it than snail mail it anyways)
this is annoyingly distressing.Angry
