This screen shot from my royalty history shows two green (thus cleared to be paid) items:

This screen shot shows the same two items as pending since last year:

Can anyone enlighten me why they are pending? Has it anything to do with the change in my paypal address? (Zazzle has acknowledged receipt of my W8 form.)

I'm fairly new here, so I don't have all the answers. I woud guess that either, for some reason those payments are considered apart a payment group that hasn't met the payout threshold yet. Or, for some reason the orders got canceled and it's still showing as pending?

I don't know why, but payments sometimes stay pending for a very long time in our account even though they are paid. Maybe Zazzle just hasn't gotten around to updating our accounts? But they should have been paid to you, so they're not really pending anymore.

Only my second payment shows as cleared, the rest of them show as pending even though I've received them all.

It's not really anything to worry about as long as you've received the payment...mine go back 13 months.

Yes, just be patient. If all of your information is in order, you'll still get paid and the "pending" from that payment may still be up two months from now. It's just a slow-go with the changes, but doesn't affect your money.

I've gotten paid many times over, spent the money and still had "pending" showing up.

If you haven't gotten paid by the 15th of the current month (Paypal..the 15th, but a few days later by check), then you should contact Zazzle.

Thanks for the post. You will need to contact our support team for individual help.

There could be many reasons your payment was not sent.

You are missing your Social Security Number or W8-BEN (if outside the US)
You did not meet the minimum payment threshold nor did you opt to pay a fee for a smaller payout
You have multiple accounts with different contact information
Your payments are on hold based on a preference you selected
Your 1099 was returned to us as undeliverable
Your PayPal address is invalid

I have 2 different accounts - this one and Zazzle store weloveoursoldiers. Both have had their February payout as pending since February 5th.....and no payment. Everything checks out in my settings. Everything. Triple checked. I've received plenty of payments in the past and didn't change settings. I just talked to Paypal representative over the phone and they told me it was nothing on their end. Was really looking to use this payment! Any ideas?
