My store under the password doesn't look the same as when it's off the password

I've deleted and added products under many of my categories, mostly because I learned how to turn my art into ping format to make colored backgrounds; so I don't like the white backgrounds behind my designs anymore. When I look at my site while NOT under the password(the way the public would see it); tons of products are missing.
When I go in under my password;(the way only I would see the store)everything looks fine with my new colored products added. So what's gone; and the maintenance thing doesn't wash with me anymore. It's been a week.Angry

Here's an example of a messed up category: Product id: 256858692359652890

Under the password it looks fine but NOT under the password only two products are seen.

If it has anything to do with the new grouping setup, it's here to stay, so it's not about the maintenance...not in the sense that it's something that's temporary.

A week and a half ago Zazzle started grouping products in our stores. All of your products are there. Look for the links under some of your products that say "see on xx products."

There is no way around this. We are not allowed to try to circumvent it. It's the new normal. Read the other dozen or more threads about it on the forums.
