Hi there!
Just wanted to ask you if it happened to you too.
I just sold a poster today earned about 2.80$
and the totals (pending+cleared) went down by 2.2$ (more or less), nothing was cancelled or something.
Ever heard about that? is it tax or something like that?

Sometimes our total earnings change due to currency exchange rates. Is that possible?

I know, but it's just few cents here or there... This time It was more or less all the pending that I had, so it can't be rates change.
I hoped it was tax or something, I sure don't want it to be a mistake, because it will be hard to prove. Luckily I check the earning several times a day.

Sounds like it's moved over to next payment, check here to see if the figure has increased; https://www.zazzle.com/my/earnings/nextpaymentI noticed a change in mine this morning, and that's what it was. Steve.

Thanks steve, it wasn't it. Guess I will have to ask Zazzle itself. Hope they will have an answer, I work so hard for every cent, and just hate to see it vanish for no reason.

Has something previously been cancelled?...that can happen quite a while after the sale is made.
